This good morning I woke up at 6:30 to go to Shizen Tankentai. The time that we were meeting was at 7 a.m. We got on a bus to go to Fukui Ken. It was a four hour ride.most of the scenery were rice patties and mountains. We also past by lake Biwa. We got to the hotel for kids run by the Japanese government. It is made to increase independent of elementary schoolers in Japan. After we had lunch we went snorkeling. It was really hot, but we were able to see many fish. There was Bora, sea urchin, and jellyfish. Then we made curry as a group. The other group leaders were Tsubasa and Miho. We had to make our own fire, rice, and cook the food on our own. We had to teach the elementary school students how to cook it. We also had to do the cleaning. It took a long time but in the end we were able to make curry that was really good.
